We serve all women, men, and young adults regardless of whether or not they have health insurance. If you do not have health insurance, we are able to provide services on a sliding fee scale.

What is a sliding fee scale?

Through private donations and some government funding, PPCC is able to provide services on a sliding scale. Fees for all eligible clients are determined based on household size and income. Clients may decline to provide this income and elect to pay the full fee.

Have health insurance?

We accept more than 100 health insurance plans, including most major carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid. If you choose to use your health insurance, please let us know when you call to make your appointment and bring your card with you. To check our list of approved insurances, click here.

Already have an appointment?

• Please bring a photo ID with you at the time of your appointment.
  You will not be seen without a photo ID.
• If you are assessed a fee or have an insurance co-pay, you may pay with cash, check, credit card, or money order. Please bring your insurance card with you if you will be using your health insurance.
