Naming Planned Parenthood of Chester County in your estate plans is one of the most powerful actions you can make. We established The 1967 Founders Society in 2001 to celebrate our mission of ensuring Margaret Sanger’s dream that every woman should have the right to control her own reproductive destiny.

Your commitment, through a bequest or a life-income gift, will benefit PPCC in perpetuity, ensuring that future generations will continue to benefit from free or low-cost reproductive health care and sexuality education.

There are several ways to join The 1967 Founders Society:

  • Include PPCC in your will, directing a portion of your assets or estate’s residuary;
  • Name PPCC as beneficiary of a new or existing life insurance policy or retirement fund; or
  • Include PPCC in a charitable trust, a charitable annuity or a pooled income fund, which can provide payments to you during your lifetime.

If you would like to include PPCC in your estate plans, you will want to use our legal name, Planned Parenthood of Chester County, Inc. Many donors have found the following language helpful:

“I hereby give, devise, and bequeath (dollar amount, percentage of estate, or residuary) to Planned Parenthood of Chester County, Inc. now or formerly in the City of West Chester, 8 South Wayne Street, in the State of Pennsylvania, for its general purposes.”
